Rethinking
European Resilience

The European Association of Strategic Industries (EASI) unites key stakeholders across critical supply chains. Our mission is to forge a robust European defense posture anchored in industrial excellence.

2026 | The first year

The Year Ahead: Roadmap

Unifying the industrial bases of nearly thirty sovereign nations into a single digital ecosystem requires a highly disciplined, phased deployment. We are actively shaping the operational environment by engaging key government and industrial stakeholders prior to full launch, allowing founding members to dictate EASI’s strategic trajectory from day one. Upon activation, the NEXUS platform will immediately begin ingesting live supply chain telemetry, scaling its analytical capabilities ahead of the Q4 2026 Alpha rollout.

Layer I // Industry

Industry:
Voice and Access

European industrial leaders require a decisive voice in Brussels and frictionless access to the single market. Operating from our Brussels EU liaison office, our policy experts actively advocate for our members within key European governing bodies.

Furthermore, our distributed pan-European presence delivers actionable market intelligence and strategic procurement support, ensuring our members remain highly competitive in critical defense and security tenders.

Layer II // Policy

Policy:
Making a Statement

EASI bridges the gap between industrial reality and political resolve. We deliver restricted, actionable intelligence to allied governments, providing policymakers with authoritative capability statements and strategic foresight grounded in hard manufacturing data.

Furthermore, vetted government stakeholders are granted partitioned access to the NEXUS ecosystem. This allows defense ministries to proactively map supply chain vulnerabilities and execute high-fidelity procurement simulations against real-time European industrial capacities.

Data:
The Ultimate Asset

The backbone of EASI is NEXUS, a proprietary strategic database operating at the forefront of defense supply chain analytics. Engineered with the logic of an advanced command-and-control system, NEXUS replaces disjointed national registries with a singular, encrypted environment.

By comprehensively codifying components, production workflows, and raw material inputs, NEXUS enables near-real-time capacity tracking and predictive threat identification. For our members, it serves as an exclusive, secure digital proving ground to align capacities and forge the high-value industrial collaborations necessary to secure critical defense tenders.
